Get paid faster with instant payouts

Waiting two or three days for a payout does not always suit a production. An instant payout puts the money in your bank within 30 minutes, for a fee.

Request an instant payout

1. Open the event's Sales tab.
2. Under Payout summary, select Request Instant Payout.
3. Enter the amount you want.
4. Review the fees and select Confirm Instant Payout.

The money reaches your bank within 30 minutes.

Fees

• Stripe: 1.5%, minimum $0.50
• TicketPill: 0.5%

If Stripe declines the request

Stripe decides eligibility per request. If it declines, the money stays in your Stripe balance and reaches you on your standard payout schedule with no fee.
