Buy a ticket

Choose the ticket(s) you want from an event page, enter your payment information, and you're ready to go.

Choose your tickets

On the event page, find the Tickets panel and use the + and − buttons to select how many you want of each type. You can buy up to 10 tickets of each type at a time, or fewer if the event is almost sold out.

Some ticket types let you set the price:

• Pay what you want: type any amount at or above the minimum shown.
• Sliding scale: pick a price tier, or enter an amount within the provided range.

If the producer offers add-ons (merch, extras), add those the same way. Some add-ons ask you to choose an option before you can continue.

After selecting your items, you can enter a discount code if you have one or add a tip for the producer.

By default, all tickets are assigned to the name on the buyer's credit card. To change the names on your tickets, check Add a different name for each item.

Fees

Depending on the event, the producer either covers the TicketPill and payment processing fees or adds them to your total. On producer-covered events you can choose to cover the fees yourself so the producer keeps the full ticket price.

The checkout screen and your receipt show any fees that apply to your order.
